3. Tie: Connects around the neck by tying together

XXsmall:  > 8lbs 
XSmall: 8 lbs - 15 lbs 
Small: 15 lbs - 25 lbs  
Medium: 25 lbs - 45 lbs 
Large: 50 lbs - 75 lbs 
XLarge: 75 lbs - 100* lbs
